Cindy Meador
Cindy joins our practice with over 34 years of medical office history. Her husband, David, moved her to his hometown of Charlestown over 35 years ago. Cindy is dedicated to providing efficient, kind and caring patient care. She has a wealth of experience and is excited to join in with our endeavor to serve the people in her community.
Floyds Knobs Office Manager
Misty Kurz
Misty is the Marketing and Office Manager at the Floyds Knobs location of Ferro Foot and Ankle, bringing more than 20 years of experience in podiatry to her role. She is deeply dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming, positive environment for everyone who walks through the door. Misty takes pride in greeting each patient with a smile and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is building meaningful connections with patients. She finds great joy in seeing their progress and improvement, and nothing means more to her than when patients return asking for her by name—knowing she has made a lasting impact in their lives.
Outside of work, Misty’s greatest joy is her family. She has been married to her husband, Mike, for over 20 years. Mike is a retired police officer who now serves as the EMA Director of Harrison County. Together, they also serve as part-time chaplains, and Mike is a part-time pastor as well.
Misty and Mike have raised eight wonderful children and are proud grandparents to eleven grandchildren. In addition, they have opened their hearts and home to over 30 foster children over the years, many of whom they continue to support with guidance and encouragement.
Whether at home or in the office, Misty is known for her caring, compassionate, and genuine nature. She is committed not only to her patients, but to making a positive difference in the lives of everyone around her.
